DOLLY LAMARQUE DUC (DLD) Teen Hope by Noyau Social
Located in ‘Maison du Savoir’ in Cité La Cure, the DLD Teen Hope Project is a member of the ANFEN Center. DLD Teen Hope operates from Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM.
A remedial school program for boys and girls aged 12 to 16 who have struggles in the traditional academic system. This has impacted severely on their self-confidence and narrowed their opportunities for the future.
Many of the teenagers we support come from challenging social and economic backgrounds.
At DLD TeenHope, we are committed to empowering young individuals by understanding their difficulties and equipping them with the tools they need to rise above them. Together, we help them navigate life’s challenges and guide them toward a brighter, more hopeful future.
As part of our holistic approach, a psychologist meets with the children weekly, either in groups or individually, to provide emotional support and assistance.
Our Vision
Our vision is to offer the adolescents a full-fledge education that encompasses literacy, numeracy, and essential life skills, helping them regain confidence and self-worth. In doing so, we work toward making them employable and actively contributing to the fight against poverty.
Our Mission
Our mission is to support vulnerable children who are often exposed to abandonment, hardship, and subject to violence. We are dedicated to creating a safe and nurturing environment where they can heal, grow, and develop a sense of belonging.
Our Goal
Our goal is to strive and fight for each child to find their place in society, build a strong foundation for their future, and grow into responsible, compassionate, and empowered citizens.
